Privacy
How Moozaik handles your data during Alpha and beyond.
Alpha requests
Data from Alpha access requests may be used to improve Moozaik after it has been anonymized. We do not sell your contact details.
Hosting
We run Moozaik on Alba IT’s own hardware in Switzerland first. Your workspace data stays under our direct control.
AI inference
When demand exceeds on-prem capacity, overflow inference may use GDPR-aligned providers in the EU — with zero retention and no training on your content.
Usage analytics
Optional anonymized usage sharing is off by default. You can enable or revoke it anytime in Settings.
